You may also Double-Click any
appointment to suspend the Scheduling Window, and view the select Job as the
current record. This option is not allowed if the Scheduling Window is
activated from a New Record, or Edit Record operations.
Appointment-Blocks
In
addition, all Conflicts are noted with "!" (Red Exclamation Mark) as
well as a:
"*** Conflict with Job #NNNNN ***"
message, at the top
of the Yellow Details Box.
Day Headings

RED There
are Jobs scheduled for that day, which can NOT be displayed because
the appointment time falls outside of the visible time span (Start to
Start + Hours).

DARK GREEN All Jobs scheduled for that day can be seen
on the schedule.

a. From Date - Specify the Starting-Date for the
visible schedule. After explicitly changing this setting, you should Click the Refresh-Button for the setting to take effect.
b. Previous Day Button - When clicking the Up-Arrow
(Previous Day), the Starting-Date of the schedule will be reset 1 day back.
c. Previous Day Button - When clicking the Down-Arrow
(Next Day), the Starting-Date of the schedule will be reset 1 day forward.
d. Days - Specify the number of days
visible on the schedule. After explicitly changing this setting, you should click
the Refresh-Button for the setting to take effect.
e. Start - Specify the Starting-Hour for the
visible schedule. After explicitly changing this setting, you should Click the Refresh-Button for the setting to take effect.
f.
Hours - Specify
the number of hours visible on the schedule. After explicitly changing
this setting, you should click the Refresh-Button for the setting to take
effect.
g. Route - You may click
this Drop-Down List, to EXCLUDE all other routes except one
Specific-Route you want to view. You may click the "All Routes"
option to restore the default view of ALL routes.
h. Add Route Button - You may click the Add-Route
Button to create additional Route[s] to be available on the schedule. In the Dialog
Box that will appear:

may give the New-Route a name, as well as specify whether the New-Route should
be available on the Schedule, even if there will be NO appointments set for
that route.

Refresh Button - You may click this button to force any changes
entered into the <From-Date>, <Days>,
<Start>,
<Hours>
fields to take effect. This will recalculate and re-display the schedule, to
reflect the settings of the above fields.
