| SAN DIEGO PowerDay big success & lot’s of fun |
| Our recent Powerday held September 13th at the Holiday Inn On The Bay,
San Diego in Southern California was another great success. Topics covered in this one day
event included learning Basic Windows to Advanced Profit-Master. Everyone attending
learned some new tips and tricks, and had a great time doing it! Get ready for our upcoming PowerDay’s to be held January 14-15 ,1999 in England and March 9, 99 in Palm Springs, CA. | Ron and Miki took turns entertaining many of our loyal customers at the
Aug/98 CFI show at San Diego. Our special thanks go to Doug Kuehne of King's Carpet
Care, Vince Attardo of Coastal Carpet Care, Michael Morrow of Vanguard
Professional Service and too many other customers who kept referring everyone to our booth
over and over again. | Ron May visited PTS September 22-23 and went through a 1 on 1 PowerDay
with Ron. A lot was accomplished and we expect this will greatly benefit the
PTS–SEARS relationship. Ron May is now working on a STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
MANUAL for all U.S. SEARS users out there. This manual will cover every aspect of the
Daily Procedures, Periodic Reporting, and As reported in our previous issue the Internet AutoUpload to SEARS corporate has
been completed and We are currently working on integrating the SPS Credit Card system as well as various enhancements to the TAX system and the Scheduling system. More information to follow soon... Very soon all of you should be able to use the ProfitMaster Windows version. We are currently finalizing the distribution issues. Good news for the French Canadians (CanWay associates) we are now looking at creating the French version of the ProfitMaster!

| PTS is proud to announce the InstantPrintServer. This long
requested product is geared mostly toward the larger ProfitMaster sites (Network
Installations), but will certainly benefit even the smaller shops. The PrintServer
constantly "watches" any ProfitMaster Data-Entry activity and automatically
prints all pertinent information in a simple 2 lines format. This log is generated in real-time, that is, the moment any one presses the SAVE button, most relevant information is immediately printed as well as the User Name, Time and even a MODIFICATION indicator if that was an EDIT operation. The obvious benefits of this system are 2 fold:
Should any DATA LOSS occur, you can immediately refer to this PRINTED LOG to recapture ALL LOST WORK ORDERS. The InstantPrintServer can be installed on any of your Computers and requires a DEDICATED PRINTER as it will constantly print your most critical information. Although recommended for Network Installations, it works perfectly well with a Single User installation (Requires a 2nd. Printer) and will provide the same DATA SAFETY as in the Network Installations. The InstantPrintServer is now available and is conveniently priced at $195 plus $45 for each additional User License.
