MAIL MERGE WIZARD for WORD 97
The Mail Merge Wizard for Microsoft® Word 97 will dramatically increase
the ease with which you can quickly and painlessly perform a Mail Merge into Word 97 using
data from ProfitMaster.
If you have always wanted to use this Profit making technique but have been intimidated,
we have good news for you. The Mail Merge Wizard for Word 97 painlessly integrates the
resources in your Customer database with the word processing power of Word 97.
Once installed, a "ProfitMaster" menu item is placed directly into the Word Menu
Bar alongside of the more common menu items such as, "File", "Edit"
and "View".
When you select the Mail Merge option from the ProfitMaster menu item, the Mail Merge
Wizard will appear. The Wizard will prompt you for the desired criteria and then search
your ProfitMaster Customer database for matching records.
You will then be offered a menu of predefined letters, Reminders, Greetings, Apology,
Envelopes & Labels, you can send to your customers (the letters can be customized,
modified or added by you to fit your specific needs). With the letter selected, the Wizard
will then merge your customer data with the letter creating a personalized document for
each of your selected customers!
This Wizard can only be used with Word 97 and it will not work with any other word
processors.
